Overview

The Senior Lean Six Sigma Specialist Director, Partner Relationship Management is responsible for reviewing, staffing, and coordinating the implementation of approved programs in accordance with established policies and procedures. They advise the DASA DEC and Director, Partner Relationship Management on all facets of program execution to enhance overall effectiveness. Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive business cases to support project prioritization and goals. Observe and analyze operational processes to identify waste and inefficiencies. Establish key performance metrics and perform quantitative analyses to set baseline performances and forecast improvements. Coordinate and lead teams in brainstorming sessions and process change implementations. Create value stream maps, measurement plans, and develop short- and long-term project solutions. Support the Director, Partner Relationship Management, in reviewing, staffing, and implementing approved programs. Provide advice on program execution to improve effectiveness. Assist government personnel in reviewing, interpreting, and recommending changes to policies and procedures for security cooperation programs. Support government personnel in reviewing and staffing joint actions related to Security Assistance and other issues, providing coordinated Army positions to the Director, Security Cooperation Integration for transmittal to the Joint Staff. Help develop the Army staff position on security cooperation matters elevated to Headquarters, Department of the Army. Prepare executive-level presentations to communicate process challenges, opportunities, approaches, status, and results. Develop and monitor metrics and KPIs to evaluate project success against goals. Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s Degree 4 years of experience Master Black Belt Certification or equivalent experience Secret clearance required Company Overview
