The Challenge : Execute all facets of the training development life cycle for various training types, including instructor-led, web-based, online, blended learning, and performance support. Conduct needs assessments and training gap analyses. Design innovative instructional strategies and technologies to optimize learning outcomes. Develop, test, and implement training courses and performance support products. Perform quality assurance activities, including SME reviews, design reviews, and course pilots. Create and conduct formative and summative training evaluations. Identify and mitigate risks related to training projects. Manage all aspects of training projects, including schedules, resources, and scope. What Sets You Apart : Must possess a TS / SCI with polygraph clearance. Requires a Bachelor's Degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Experience with Instructional Design and assessing performance gaps. Proficiency in designing engaging, learner-centered strategies across face-to-face, online, and blended formats. Experience in designing assessments of learning and collaborating across teams. You Might Also Have : Instructional Design Certification from an accredited institution.
