The Position
We are seeking an experienced
Manager, Treasury Operations,
to join FanDuel Sports Network’s Finance Function. Reporting to the VP, Corporate Controller, this individual is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the organization's treasury function. This includes ensuring efficient cash management, optimizing liquidity, mitigating financial risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of financial principles, and the ability to implement best practices in treasury operations.
This position is hybrid in Southport, CT.
The Game Plan
(What you will do)
Cash Management
Oversee daily cash flow activities to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize cash management services. Monitor and forecast cash requirements to support business objectives. Month end cash reporting and variance analysis.
Treasury Operations
Develop and implement policies and procedures for treasury operations to ensure efficiency and compliance. Manage intercompany funding, transfers, and settlements. Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies. Bank account maintenance including authorized signatories. Bank portal administration.
Reporting And Analysis
Prepare and analyze reports on cash flow, liquidity, and treasury performance for senior management. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic financial decision-making.
Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop the junior staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align treasury operations with organizational goals.
The Stats
(What to bring)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA) is preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in treasury operations, cash management, or a related role. Strong knowledge of financial instruments, banking operations, and risk management practices. Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
