About Media Analytics Media Analytics at T-Mobile is a team of innovators who analyze data to optimize our paid media investments. We leverage data insights to influence media strategies and support decision-making across the company.
The Role We are seeking a meticulous, strategic problem solver with expertise in PII-based data assets, audience strategy, and conversion tracking to support paid media optimization and analytics projects. This role involves vetting data ecosystems, collaborating with engineering and marketing teams, and ensuring data quality and governance.
Location This position is based in Bellevue, WA, with a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days in the office weekly.
Responsibilities
Analyze internal and external data sources focusing on PII, identity resolution, and data processing.
Collaborate with teams to define and align on data attributes and usage strategies.
Define business requirements for audience and conversion data, ensuring alignment across teams.
Advise on data quality, limitations, and impacts on media platforms.
Partner with technology teams on implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
Configure platforms for data capture and manage data assets across environments.
Manage stakeholder relationships and set clear expectations.
Develop self-service tools and dashboards, guiding adoption and governance.
Maintain data health and determine when data is sufficient for use cases.
Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring privacy, compliance, and innovative solutions.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's in engineering, science, math, or info systems; Master’s or PhD a plus.
Experience:
5+ years in analytics or technical roles involving data requirements, solutioning, and multi-source analysis. Experience with marketing data, PII channels, and data integrations is highly preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, troubleshooting, data management, and communication. Familiarity with Python, Tableau, PowerBI, and AdTech is a plus.
Additional Requirements
At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $96,700 - $174,400 with a 20% bonus target. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), stock plans, paid time off, parental leave, tuition assistance, and discounts.
