Quantitative C++ Developer

Minimum 15+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in C++ development Proven track record in designing and optimizing complex algorithms for trading, hedge fund, foreign exchange, credit, equities, and commodities systems Extensive experience in hedge fund, trading, and capital markets technology environments Directly collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and deliver quantitative solutions Analyze, process, and compute millions of trade data points daily Strong STEM background; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field Experience with NLP and machine learning techniques is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to architect and implement high-performance, low-latency systems Experience with asynchronous, event-driven, or reactive programming architectures Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Highly enthusiastic, proactive, and proficient in cross-functional team collaboration Life at Capgemini Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
