Senior Program Analyst
to join our team in support of the
Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD)
in Dahlgren, VA. This role plays a critical part in NSWCDD’s strategic initiative to modernize, optimize, and simplify its IT infrastructure while advancing IT Service Management (ITSM) practices to deliver measurable, mission-focused outcomes. This initiative includes the operation and maintenance of the existing IT environment, digital transformation, information management, infrastructure engineering, and modern development, deployment, and automation technologies. The candidate will help enhance IT service delivery and support in a dynamic environment.
This position is contingent upon contract award and/or customer approval. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Development and implementation of advanced AI models and algorithms to address organizational needs, enhance decision-making, and improve overall performance. Design, implement, and optimize AI systems to solve existing problems and enhance operations. Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions. Optimize and fine-tune existing AI models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and performance. Provide technical guidance on AI projects and initiatives. Analyze large datasets to extract insights for AI model development. Train and validate AI models to ensure robustness. Work with data engineers to preprocess and clean data. Create documentation for AI models, algorithms, and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve AI system issues. Report findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience developing and implementing AI models for complex problems. Ability to analyze large datasets, train and validate AI models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in documenting AI systems. Availability to work onsite in Dahlgren, VA daily. Clearance Requirements U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Secret clearance or higher. Compensation Salary range is $70,000-$200,000, based on experience, qualifications, and contract specifics.
