About the Role
We are seeking an
Asset Management Manager
to lead a critical workstream in establishing the Asset Management Office (AMO) for a major client in Riyadh. This role is vital in driving operational efficiency, ensuring asset sustainability, and delivering lifecycle optimization strategies for the client’s infrastructure assets. The Asset Management Manager will design and implement frameworks and strategies in line with
ISO 55000
to ensure assets operate at optimal performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency across their lifecycle. General Responsibilities Develop strategies for each stage of the asset lifecycle, ensuring alignment with ISO 55000 standards and best practices.
Oversee Asset Registration and ensure accurate documentation of all assets, including manuals and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Perform lifecycle Cost Analysis to balance performance, risks, and costs of asset operations.
Create and execute tailored Asset Strategies to improve reliability and reduce risks.
Manage Supply Chain Strategies to ensure seamless procurement and asset management practices.
Plan and implement robust Asset Maintenance Strategies, ensuring effective execution.
Formulate End-of-Life Strategies for assets, such as decommissioning, overhauls, or life extensions.
Lead the development of Shutdown and Outage Planning to minimize operational disruptions.
Develop and implement frameworks for Lifecycle Analysis, assessing asset performance and longevity.
Ensure Mitigation Solutions are in place for potential safety, operational, and reliability risks.
Drive resource allocation through Resource Strategy and Management to optimize team performance and asset utilization.
Role Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Asset Management, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are an advantage.
A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in asset management within large-scale infrastructure, or industrial assets.
Proven expertise in Lifecycle Analysis and Asset Maintenance Strategies.
Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 55001 standards and asset management best practices.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
Good to Haves Experience working within the aviation sector.
Knowledge/awareness of Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS).
Knowledge of asset digitization and automation technologies.
Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 goals and the regulatory landscape in the Middle East.
Arabic language proficiency is a plus but not required.
