As a leader on our team, you’ll oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. As you guide your team, you’ll partner with clients to support the Department of Defense. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have

Experience in supporting the development and delivery of strategies for business cases in the government cyber and IT fields Experience with briefing senior leaders and effectively communicating complex issues to a wide range of stakeholders Experience with military systems, training, and program or project management Knowledge of government compliance, Zero Trust, and cybersecurity framework Knowledge of technical implementation, innovation, and development of Zero Trust policies and procedures Knowledge of financial operations, cybersecurity, and government pipelines Ability to prepare and deliver presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint Ability to develop and maintain a program schedule, including identification of critical path, risk mitigation activities, and resource loading across the entire systems development life cycle TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree

Experience with cloud deployment Experience with cybersecurity standards, such as NIST 800-53 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers Ability to be highly motivated, demonstrate a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the mission Masters degree Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Network and cybersecurity Certifications such as Network+, Security+, and A+ Certification Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
