Role Overview The Information Security Manager, IAM will be a key team leader within the Information Security Office, responsible for supporting the company in adhering to industry best practices and governing regulations, and documenting maturity in accordance with security frameworks. The successful candidate will lead our IAM Program and oversee the implementation and operation of our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) tool. The IAM Manager will manage, operate, and enhance our IAM practices to ensure security and efficiency of enterprise systems, demonstrating working knowledge of current enterprise technologies and security best practices. Key Responsibilities Support enterprise-wide cybersecurity IAM operations using vendor security tools. Implement IAM strategy aligned with the company’s security and business objectives. Lead deployment and integration of the IGA tool, ensuring seamless operation and compliance. Manage day-to-day IAM program operations, advising on user provisioning and role management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures. Coordinate audits and assessments with GRC team to identify and mitigate IAM-related risks. Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced staff, fostering continuous improvement and innovation. Drive adoption of IAM architecture for emerging IAM technologies. Stay current with industry trends and recommend enhancements to processes and technologies. Make recommendations to improve automation, security practices, and user experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Develop and deliver training on IAM policies and procedures. Design, build, and maintain Directory Services environments across on-prem and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). Collaborate with IT to establish security baselines, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with NIST standards. Architect and implement secure, scalable IAM design patterns and reference architectures. Lead gap assessments, remediation, roadmaps, and execution for IAM projects. Keep abreast of industry advances to address evolving threats. Requirements 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IAM, with cloud environment expertise. Relevant certifications in Information Security. Experience with implementing and configuring security IAM tools. Experience testing and evaluating security products. Knowledge of compliance mandates (e.g., Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, PCI DSS, FDA) is preferred. Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS, CoBit). Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, ADFS, SSO, MFA, SAML, PAM. Strong analytical, technical, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
