Job Title: Founding Full-Stack Engineer (AI Healthcare Simulations) Role Overview Join a stealth-mode healthtech startup on a mission to modernize how clinicians and healthcare students train. This company is developing AI-powered patient simulations that provide a scalable, adaptive alternative to traditional clinical learning—empowering users to practice real-world scenarios and receive instant, data-driven feedback. With adoption already underway across 30+ educational institutions and commercial partnerships signed, this is a rare opportunity to build from the ground up while making a real impact in the medical field. Compensation: $90,000 – $180,000 salary + 0.50% – 2.00% equity Key Responsibilities

Build from scratch: Lead the development of new features end-to-end, from concept to deployment.

Design AI flows: Architect agent-based interactions that simulate real-life medical scenarios and power the platform’s evaluation system.

Own the stack: Work hands-on with Next.js, Node.js, Supabase, and AWS to deliver performant, production-ready solutions.

Shape the product: Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional stakeholders to influence technical and strategic direction.

Iterate quickly: Test and launch new features rapidly, incorporating user feedback to enhance clinical training outcomes.

Education & Qualifications

1+ years of full-stack software development experience

Proficient in: Front-end: Next.js

Back-end: Node.js

Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL)

Cloud: AWS

Able to design, implement, and ship production-grade systems

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Experience

Early-stage startup or founding team experience

Familiarity with AI agent orchestration and LLM-powered applications

Background in healthcare, medtech, or edtech products

Experience taking a product from 0→1
