RELATIONSHIP MANAGER II ENT WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Develops and manages relationships with clients in the assigned business segment and/or geographic areas. Presents a variety of product solutions to client needs. Provides responsive, quality service. Approves transactions within delegated authority. Manages overall relationship profitability and portfolio risk and is responsible for profitable growth of the portfolio assigned. This may be accomplished through active calling efforts and referrals from existing customers, providing the CNB exemplary level of service, identifying and promoting solutions to customer needs, and maintaining an active calling program. Must be in good standing under "The Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008" (Safe Act) and must be registered/licensed with the "Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry"; or must be able to be registered under the Safe Act. Must remain in good standing under the Safe Act. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Identify, develop, and build profitable relationships with prospects and customers consistent with the objectives of the bank. Actively work with customers and develop prospects in line with the bank's credit culture. Proactively identify and work with customers to ensure credit quality standards. Develop relationships and support other CNB departments and colleagues to provide customers and prospects with suitable solutions. Participate in community activities to promote CNB and attract new clients and colleagues. Prepare Relationship Plans and calling schedules for each client or prospect. Identify business opportunities and solicit referrals for other bank products/services and externally from existing customers and industry professionals. Understand client needs to assist in calling efforts. Set objectives for each relationship, such as revenue contribution. Call on existing or prospective clients to discuss and promote all bank products and services to establish comprehensive banking relationships. Discuss financing options, forecast credit needs, and develop solutions. Involve product specialists as needed. Negotiate transactions, price loan products within targeted rates, document, and close loan transactions, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Exercise sound credit and risk judgment. Ensure the quality of all business introduced to the bank. Represent the bank in community and industry activities. Coordinate with other bank departments to meet client needs and resolve issues. Monitor and analyze relationship results and account activities. Determine client profitability and recommend account development or elimination. Prepare management reports.

Monitor portfolio quality, risk, and policy adherence. Collaborate with staff to resolve issues. Stay informed of market conditions, competitive products, and rates. Analyze problem credits and meet clients to develop solutions to minimize losses. Serve as a product specialist and technical consultant when needed. Manage extensive operational workflows to match client needs and maximize cross-selling. Comply with all operational, credit, and regulatory policies and procedures.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Required Qualifications*

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Minimum 3 years of lending and credit experience SAFE Act Registration in good standing or ability to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System Additional Qualifications

Understanding of relevant products, services, and policies Proven sales and marketing skills Strong credit analysis, accounting, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and in teams Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
