Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with active CA CRT and venipuncture licensure, BLS (AHA), and at least 2 years of experience to perform routine and specialized CT procedures.
Responsibilities Work in a hospital CT departmentThree 10-hour day shifts: Friday 11:30 AM - 10:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday 9:00 AM - 7:30 PMNo on-call responsibilityUses the Epic EMR system; Epic experience is preferredMust adhere to a 50-mile radius travel rule for eligibilityPerforms routine and specialized CT examinations, ensuring high-quality imaging resultsIndependently executes safe procedures using sound clinical judgmentGains patient confidence and cooperates closely with care teams through effective communication and assessmentMay orient new staff to departmental operations as neededAdheres to privacy and safety policies, in compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsOrientation modules are completed via e-learning during orientation hoursOnly one holiday time off will be approved during the contractReturn staff must have been gone for at least 1 year to be eligible to return as a travelerLocals are accepted but paid at a local rate
