Corporate Sales Manager
leads the Corporate Sales function for
Turtlebox Audio , focused on selling products to B2B customers for use in gifting, incentive programs, and co-branded partnerships. The person in this role will be responsible for driving B2B revenue growth, expanding our reach into a broad set of industries aligned with our customer base (e.g. energy, construction, sports, outdoors), and managing key relationships with bulk buyers and promotional partners across the U.S. Responsibilities Define and execute the Corporate Sales strategy for our B2B customer segment. Build and manage a revenue pipeline across outbound, inbound, and channel sales. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets tied to unit volume, margin, and reorder rate. Establish and scale relationships with brand-aligned companies. Oversee relationships with promotional goods distributors and corporate gifting platforms. Identify and prioritize market segments based on buyer behavior and conversion potential. Collaborate with marketing to support demand generation and outbound campaigns. Build and manage a small team to scale Corporate Sales nationally. Report regularly to executive leadership on deal flow, market dynamics, and competition. Ensure all B2B activity aligns with Turtlebox’s positioning and long-term revenue goals. Skills & Attributes Preferred 4 years of B2B sales experience and 2+ years managing sales teams. Experience selling physical products (not software or services) in a corporate context Proven ability to close large orders and develop long-term B2B accounts Strong negotiating skills with a track record of deal execution from outreach to close Comfortable building sales systems and team structure from early stages Ability to use data (conversion rates, average deal size, reorder timelines) to refine sales strategy Clear communicator — both internally with teams and externally with buyers Familiarity with promotional goods resellers, agencies, and procurement cycles is a plus Seniority level
