Job Summary:
A senior staff role responsible for implementing new Treasury Services cash management solutions, managing project delivery, and ensuring excellent client experiences. Acts as the main contact for corporate client onboarding, handling a range of Treasury Management products and services, especially complex or global ones. Requires independence, task management, and strong knowledge of treasury and operational processes. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential.
Major Responsibilities:
Support client onboarding activities, including account setup, implementation, maintenance, and cancellation. Manage large, complex projects, develop and execute onboarding plans, conduct client calls, coordinate testing, and manage vendor interactions. Contribute to revenue goals by ensuring efficient onboarding processes. Communicate professionally and proactively with clients and internal teams. Follow up with clients to ensure delivery of commitments. Create and submit internal worksheets related to onboarding. Participate in process improvements and internal projects, providing input and demonstrating strategic thinking. Build relationships across departments to aid process management and problem resolution. Support and guide less experienced staff and contribute to their development. Assist in creating procedural documentation and reference materials. Adhere to policies supporting risk management, including AML and BSA compliance, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Qualifications: Customer service experience preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. Project management skills. Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills. Attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptability to changing environments and schedules. Team-oriented with collaborative skills. Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously with minimal supervision. Knowledge of cash/treasury management solutions preferred. Ownership and completion of projects. Results-driven attitude. Willingness to learn documentation and risk requirements. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Minimum five years of relevant treasury management experience, technical implementation preferred. Familiarity with MUFG Union Bank is a plus. The typical base pay range is $116K - $135K, depending on experience and location.
