As part of the Watts OEM team, your responsibility will be to drive sales of the One Watts portfolio. This position reports to the National Sales Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties Collaborate with manufacturer’s representatives to educate and direct sales personnel within each agency to boost sales in their areas. Engage with engineers and buyers to gather specifications for Watts products in Marine and OEM applications. Call on customers to influence brand preference and promote the One Watts package, emphasizing unique and custom products. Identify and monitor projects from development to quoting, maintaining close communication with customers and representatives. Develop tactical market entry plans and suggest product offerings and strategies to outperform competitors. Work with manufacturer’s representatives to implement periodic price increases. Set challenging yet achievable sales targets for each agency to exceed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Monitor progress towards sales targets and provide feedback and guidance regularly. Report periodically to the National OEM Sales Manager on market activity, opportunities, risks, and sales progress. Education Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical discipline. Hydronic heating background is desirable. Qualifications At least 7 years of regional or national outside sales experience. Ability to motivate and work closely with manufacturer’s representatives. Experience managing long sales cycles. Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation). Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Ability to present product ideas effectively across levels. Problem-solving skills and thorough communication with stakeholders. Willingness to travel up to 60%. $116,000 - $139,000 annually, plus incentive plan.
