Are you looking for a Principal Level SRE Role to Drive innovation within our Global Cloud Environment? About the team, our team is highly collaborative and forward-thinking; we are entrusted with shaping the operations and support for critical applications, customers, and projects, working closely with Development, QA, IT Operations, and Customer Operations teams. We pride ourselves on our extensive problem-solving skill set. About the role, this is an advanced professional level role for an SRE. You will be responsible for one or more complex reliability and toil reduction projects. At this level, SREs operate as a subject matter expert in the discipline and will provide guidance to others including product and development teams to define and improve reliability within a product group. Responsibilities:

Recommending service level objectives in partnership with other teams Acts as an escalation POC during incidents Collaborating with dev to troubleshoot systems and app performance issues Gaining deep understanding and improving the CI/CD/deployment framework Champions shared services and platforms to drive reliability Delivering resilient application stacks via "Infrastructure as Code" and other DevOps practices Monitoring and supporting critical, high revenue business applications Diagnosing and resolving complex system and application issues Working with diverse technical and non-technical teams, including Development, QA, IT Operations, Customer Operations, and Project Management teams Writing and maintaining systems / application documentation for technical and non-technical audiences Qualifications

Deep technical understanding of observability techniques across the full stack, capable of bringing clarity to complex incidents or performance issues. Experience with orchestration tools such as Terraform Experience with CI/CD tools such as Octopus Deploy, Gitlab, Github Extensive experience with observability tools and techniques Professional experience working within the public cloud, preferably AWS Coaching team members on specific practices, identifying knowledge gaps, and guiding personal development Experience with system and application monitoring such as CloudWatch Use of secret management services like AWS Secrets Cloud architecture and system design skills to solve key business problems and facilitate team goals LexisNexis Risk Solutions provides customers with innovative technologies, information-based analytics, decisioning tools, and data management services that help them solve problems, make better decisions, stay compliant, reduce risk, and improve operations.
