$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr A booming construction company is seeking an experienced and highly communicative Construction Project Manager to lead multiple public works and renovation projects. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires outstanding project oversight, budgeting acumen, and the ability to manage concurrent projects across various phases. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Salary Range : $100,000 - $150,000 / year DOE
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities
Oversee 3–5 construction projects simultaneously, including budgeting, bidding, scheduling, and closeout Lead client communications and presentations; serve as primary point of contact throughout project lifecycle Conduct site visits weekly Manage project phases including pre-construction, construction, and project close Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality execution Attend client board meetings when needed and provide status updates Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date in Procore and Excel
Construction Project Manager Requirements
5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager within a Construction Management firm Proven experience managing public works and occupied space projects Experience leading $5M–$10M renovation or addition projects Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively and proactively Proficient in Microsoft Excel Procore experience highly preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Must be organized, polished, and capable of managing competing priorities independently
