Job Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites Independently start and manage projects Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
Job Requirements
In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will
8+ years’ experience managing high dollar projects and large commercial or industrial teams 2-4+ years of prior supervisory experience Experience utilizing prefabrication Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
