Direct message the job poster from Itineris Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Support Engineer to join our Internal IT team in the Atlanta office. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of end-user systems, resolving technical issues, and supporting infrastructure stability. You will be the go-to person for hands-on support in the office and collaborate with global IT teams to maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to laptops, printers, docking stations, and peripherals. Maintain and monitor network infrastructure in collaboration with remote teams. Support onboarding/offboarding processes including device setup and user access provisioning. Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases. Participate in IT projects and office improvement initiatives. Maintain a strong security mindset by following best practices in access control, device management, and data protection. Proactively identify and report potential vulnerabilities or risks. Assist with the management and maintenance of IT asset inventory. Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices and new technologies. Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues. Soft Skills Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues across departments. Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Strong communicator who can explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users. Problem-solver with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot effectively. You have a good knowledge of Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 11. TCP/IP networking. Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Especially Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive and Outlook. You are familiar with Printers Following up on monitor alerts Knowledge of the following are an asset: PowerShell Scripting Purview experience Seniority level
