MTVS - Meimad TV Studios Description SHINE Technologies is seeking a Field Engineering Manager who will perform as part of, and lead, a team of Field Engineers in identifying, resolving, and tracking issues related to the implementation of engineered designs. The manager takes a lead role applying engineering and construction experience in the coordination and oversight of contractors to bring the SHINE Medical Isotope Production Facility into commercial operation. The position supports day-to-day activities for constructing the SHINE facility, working with SHINE Engineering on new designs, and leading Field Engineers to address field issues with Contractors and Engineering teams. The base salary range is $125,000 - $155,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Duties and Responsibilities Utilize prior construction and engineering experience to develop plans for resolving issues affecting design installation, including reviewing drawings, codes, contractor submittals, and the 3D model. Conduct constructability reviews of designs to identify potential issues. Support design completions as part of Engineering organization, if necessary. Identify issues early and propose design solutions to SHINE Engineering. Lead and develop the field engineering team for constructing the medical isotope facility. Provide oversight to ensure construction aligns with design, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components. Collaborate with contractors and engineering teams to resolve field issues. Draft ECRs with drawing markups using Bluebeam. Track and resolve non-conforming designs via NCR process. Review work packages and conduct walkdowns prior to testing and commissioning. Ensure safety during all activities and promote a safety culture. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience supervising field engineering on active capital projects. At least three years of supervising or overseeing physical construction work under a nuclear quality program. Proficient with Adobe or Bluebeam and Microsoft Office. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications. Ability to use 3D model software for troubleshooting. Physical ability to climb ladders/scaffolds and lift up to 50 lbs. Work at construction sites daily. Eligibility for employment depends on qualifying for access to sensitive information and passing background checks, including drug screening and fingerprinting.
