United States The Interventional Urology Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales objectives by cultivating business partnerships, providing clinical consultations, and driving market share for Coloplast's implantable and single-use surgical devices targeting Endourology customers. Major Areas of Accountability
Business Acumen
Engage targeted accounts and develop strategic plans to meet sales goals. Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities. Understand customer environments, including decision-makers and key issues. Ensure timely sales process progression and meet/exceed targets. Conduct cost/benefit analyses and adhere to ethical standards. Selling Skills
Demonstrate consultative selling and value proposition presentation skills. Plan daily calls and account coverage efficiently. Utilize marketing tools and stay informed on competitive activity. Relationship Building
Develop strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and within the organization. Retain and grow current business through opportunity identification. Clinical Knowledge and Self Development
Maintain clinical and technical product knowledge. Participate in industry training and events. Healthcare Facility/Operating Room Interactions
Interact with healthcare professionals and assist during procedures without crossing sterile fields. Administrative
Manage information and records using CRM tools. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred with relevant sales experience or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of medical sales experience, preferably in urology. Strong relationship, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to travel overnight (30-50%) and possess a valid drivers license. What We Offer
