What you Need:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum 5+ years' experience Licensure: Illinois Professional Engineer (or can obtain through reciprocity) Knowledge: Solid understanding of industry best practices, techniques, standards and specifications, and design software

What you will Do:
Manage and perform the planning and design of various infrastructure projects Take ownership of tasks with dependable performance and positive attitude Focus on client satisfaction and project delivery with attention to detail and deadlines Prepare and review scopes of work, schedules, fee proposals, budgets and responses to RFQs Develop and maintain client relationships Mentor and support the professional growth of junior staff Participate in public meetings and prepare public involvement materials
Salary range $75,000-$175,000/year determined by education, experience, licensure, and KSAs of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
