Job Description Architect Project Manager (Multifamily Design) Bellevue, WA About American Capital Group Founded in Bellevue, Washington in 1986, American Capital Group is a family-owned leader in real estate development. Position Overview Flexible Schedule:

Monday through Friday, with start times between 6-9am and end times between 3-6pm, depending on your start time. A full 8-hour day is required. Corporate hours are 7am to 4pm. Flexibility to work additional hours may be necessary. On-Site Requirement:

Physical presence at our corporate office during office hours. Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience and location. What We Offer Competitive wages. What We're Looking For Minimum 10 years of architectural design experience in multifamily projects. 5+ years of Revit experience. Bachelor's or Master's Degree, or equivalent experience. Architecture license required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar. Knowledge of building codes, zoning, and industry standards. Ability to balance aesthetics with technical and constructability considerations. Understanding of sustainable design principles. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and collaborative approach. Responsibility and pride in work. Fluent in English; strong reading, speaking, and writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
