RF Optimization Engineer 5 Open Positions, (Onsite – Austin, Texas, USA) Job Description: We’re looking for a skilled RF Optimization Engineer with hands-on experience in Ericsson LTE networks. This role focuses on network performance analysis and tuning, requiring onsite collaboration with engineering teams in Austin. Key Responsibilities: Analyse LTE KPIs and resolve issues related to coverage, handovers, and interference. Conduct drive test analysis and implement parameter tuning using ENM, TEMS, and Actix. Work with cross-functional teams to support optimization and network improvements. Prepare reports and insights to support continuous network enhancement. Requirements: 8+ years of RF Optimization experience, including 2+ years on Ericsson LTE. Proficient with tools such as ENM, TEMS, and Actix. Strong understanding of LTE air interface, call flow, and KPI tuning. Full-time onsite availability in Austin, Dallas, or surrounding areas in Texas, USA.
