AI Architect
Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing, and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for an AI Architect to join our team!
What you’ll be doing?
Design and develop AI architecture to support LLM, LVLM, and deep learning models.
Create and maintain application interfaces for AI models.
Implement and maintain automated reinforcement learning mechanisms within the AI architecture.
Plan and design GPU infrastructure to support the AI platform.
Optimize performance of AI models and applications while maximizing utilization of available GPU and CPU resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI solutions.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for?
Required skills:
At least 4 years experience designing, implementing, and maintaining AI frameworks.
Expert proficiency with:
AI/ML model architectures
AI/ML model training and fine-tuning
AI/ML toolsets and frameworks
Strong proficiency with:
Java and Python programming
SQL database design and querying
Windows and Unix-like operating systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.

This role is located in our Plano, TX office with a 3-day in-office requirement.
