As a Systems Integration Lab Manager, you will oversee multi-site lab environments, lead engineers and technicians, and support mission-critical operations involving advanced network and cybersecurity technologies for the Air Force. Responsibilities include: Managing lab operations, resources, and budgets. Providing full system engineering lifecycle support for complex data systems and networks. Leading technical teams, developing system configurations, and ensuring interoperability of hardware, software, and network solutions. Supporting testing, validation, and documentation of systems, and mentoring junior engineers. Communicating complex concepts to senior leadership and supporting process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree + 8+ years or Master’s + 6+ years of related experience. DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+). Experience leading technical teams and operating within Agile frameworks. Expertise in network design, SD-WAN, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and enterprise networking. U.S. Citizen with Secret clearance, eligible for Top Secret upgrade. Preferred:
Knowledge of API automation, cloud environments, virtualization, firewalls, VPNs, and Zero Trust principles; industry certifications are a plus. Position details:
