Data Center Program Manager , you will troubleshoot service incidents, manage projects to meet delivery objectives, escalate issues to stakeholders, and participate in root cause analysis (RCA). This role offers opportunities to understand data center procedures, collaborate across teams, and mentor others by sharing best practices. As a CO+I Data Center Project Manager, you will deliver core infrastructure supporting services like Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and Azure. Manage costs and adhere to budgets. Follow safety and security policies, reporting issues immediately. Troubleshoot incidents to meet SLAs/OLAs with minimal disruption. Assess potential customer impacts and communicate effectively. Coordinate schedules, manage expectations, and provide alternatives. Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure expectations are met. Reduce maintenance risks and coordinate scheduling. Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, supporting escalation when needed. Qualifications

Required:

High School diploma or equivalent + 3+ years supporting IT equipment or managing large-scale projects, or equivalent experience. Experience managing IT or network infrastructure projects from planning to execution. Other Requirements

Ability to pass Microsoft and customer security screenings, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check every two years. Preferred:

Experience with critical environment infrastructure (UPS, generators, air handling units) or physical IT infrastructure. Technical degree in related fields; relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, PMP, ITIL, CDC). Knowledge of datacenter cabling standards and practices. The role's pay range in the U.S. is USD $102,600 - $202,800 annually, with location-specific ranges. Applications are accepted until August 6, 2025.
