Job Summary
This position involves overseeing and managing multiple product and software development teams as a servant leader. You will ensure teams follow Agile practices and the Scrum framework, foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement, and promote Agile mindset scaling within the enterprise. You will enable team self-facilitation and accountability, support impediment resolution, and work directly with Product Owners, engineers, and other team members to execute the product roadmap, manage the product backlog, and facilitate value-based prioritization. Job Responsibilities
Accountable for all Agile ceremonies including planning, review, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, supporting team self-organization. Drive a Secure Product Development Lifecycle approach emphasizing cybersecurity. Train, mentor, and support Scrum teams and the wider enterprise in Agile principles. Assist with roadmapping, epic creation, and multi-sprint planning. Support estimation, prioritization, and tracking of Agile metrics. Promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Coordinate with other Agile teams to ensure alignment and manage dependencies. Ensure a psychologically safe environment for issue resolution. Lead capacity planning and communicate risks and updates to stakeholders. Manage multiple Scrum teams across geographies. Support Agile maturity growth and product cost tracking. Qualifications
Basic (required)
Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution. Minimum seven (7) years experience on an Agile team or leading finance technology projects, including five (5) years as a Scrum Master. Reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH; no relocation offered. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications
Scrum Master certification. Understanding of Finance domain, FP&A experience an advantage. Experience with Oracle EPM (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS), leading complex projects, and Agile at scale. Expertise in Agile tools, DevSecOps, modern software development principles, and leading enterprise programs.
