About the Role

The Alliances & Reseller Manager at NinjaOne plays a critical role in expanding our partner ecosystem and driving growth through strategic alliances and reseller relationships. In this role, you will identify, onboard, and support high-impact partners while collaborating across sales, marketing, product, and support to execute joint initiatives. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that contributes directly to NinjaOne’s go-to-market success and long-term growth strategy. Location –

FL, GA, *IL, MA, ME, NC, NJ, NY, TN, TX, & VA. What You’ll Be Doing Identify, research, and qualify new strategic partners and resellers aligned with NinjaOne’s growth objectives

Lead partner onboarding, including contracting, enablement materials, and go-to-market strategy

Develop and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities, progressing them through each stage

Collaborate with internal teams to execute joint marketing campaigns, solution launches, and co-selling activities

Serve as the primary point of contact for partner relationships—ensuring strong alignment, communication, and support

Conduct regular partner performance reviews and address any issues to ensure mutual success

Track and report on partner performance metrics, pipeline contribution, and ROI to internal stakeholders

Other duties as needed

About You 5–7 years of experience in alliances, channel sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in SaaS or the technology sector

Proven success managing strategic alliances, partner programs, and reseller agreements

Deep understanding of indirect sales models, co-selling, and co-marketing programs

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and cross-functional projects simultaneously

Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and collaboration tools like Slack and Google Workspace

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO.
