Accounting Manager

Candidates should have Bill.com and Supervisor experience (review staff). Responsibilities • Manage and execute all accounting functions necessary to report on the financial position of select ultra-high net-worth clients. • Liaise and develop strong working relationships with internal service team members. • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the firm's highest profile clientele. • Review and manage cashflow planning for high net-worth clients including budgeting and forecasting. • Review and provide timely and accurate financial reports and analyses. • Oversee and manage all aspects of asset movement within the department • Conduct regular reconciliations and reviews of banking platform access and activities, bill.com activities and Quickbooks reconciliations for compliance • Perform ad‐hoc financial analyses and execute projects as required. • Implement and oversee client household payroll. • Supervision, mentorship and development of junior staff. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or relevant Master's • 7+ years of related experience • Expert in QuickBooks accounting and Bill.com accounts payable software's • Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office products. • Excellent attention to detail with high accuracy, excellent organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • "Roll up your sleeves” work ethic, tenacity, and willingness to go the extra mile • Resourceful, decisive, critical thinker • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment • Must be a team player, enthusiastic and reliable Seniority level
