$200,000 - $250,000 per year + Sales Incentive Compensation Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. https://careers.osaic.com/Creative/Benefits Summary: The Senior VP, Point-of-Sale (POS) Sales Manager is an experienced, motivating, results-driven sales leader who has experience in the POS life Insurance sales process and managing both salespeople and sales managers. Two key elements in this role are providing oversight of all POS activities in the bank/ wirehouse distribution and helping to build out private wealth capabilities and value proposition. Responsibilities: Help build out Private Wealth capabilities and value proposition Oversight of POS activities in the bank/wirehouse distribution (strategy, staffing model, sales training, activity requirements, job performance and compensation) Involvement and leadership in business development activities related to POS Motivate, develop and manage Signature Life Sales VP’s to pre-defined goals in various markets, point of sale meetings and measured growth in revenue and production Assist with defining hiring to specific accounts, such as institutional, RIA’s, IBD’s etc. and identifying gaps in territories Ongoing training of Signature Life VPs on complex insurance products and concepts as well as selling techniques and sales strategies Capability to unite team under a shared vision and to promote and encourage cooperating teamwork in all functional areas Monitor and control expenses for the team and by individual Promote Sales initiatives and help lead change Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Required Work experience in sales or sales management role 15+ years of experience required in life insurance industry Experience in managing sales professionals Basic Requirements: Excellent negotiation skills and persuasive verbal and written communication skills Strong decision-making abilities Performance management and coaching Familiarity with CRM/Sales Force software Goal, Impact and Results Oriented Adaptability, Flexibility and Leading Change Business Relationship Management skills Planning and Strategizing Preferred Requirements: Life & Health Insurance License Series 6 and 63
