Recruitment Specialist/Talent Acquisition

Currently, we are looking for the Sales Representative to join our team in East Dundee, IL to engage new clients and boost sales. OBJECTIVE: The primary purpose of the Sales Representative/Business Development Specialist role is to drive the growth of R1 ELD solutions across the USA. This involves identifying and acquiring new clients, developing partnerships with industry-related companies, and promoting R1 ELD’s products and services. The role focuses on sales, relationship building, and creating business opportunities, without involvement in operational or support functions. The ideal candidate will actively build connections with both individual customers and corporate partners, contributing to increased visibility and adoption of R1 ELD’s solutions within the trucking and logistics industries. WE OFFER: ● Competitive salary + Commission ● Benefits Package: Medical Insurance, Dental and Vision, Life insurance, 401K Pension Plan, Paid Vacations, Sick leaves ● Working in fully equipped office and friendly environment ● Free coffee and snacks RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Actively promote and sell R1 ELD solutions to trucking companies, fleet operators, and other relevant stakeholders. ● Research and identify potential clients and partners to expand market reach. ● Establish and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with clients and partners. ● Propose and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of each client or partner. ● Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for R1 ELD solutions. ● Build R1 ELD’s brand presence and reputation in the USA trucking and logistics markets. ● Increase adoption of R1 ELD products among small, medium, and large fleet operators. REQUIREMENTS: ● At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, with a preference for candidates familiar with logistics, transportation, or technology sectors, including ELD solutions. ● Exceptional interpersonal, networking, and communication skills. ● A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills. ● Advanced/native-level English proficiency for professional communication. ● Familiarity with ELD (Electronic Logging Devices) solutions or trucking technology is a strong advantage, but not mandatory. ● Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to align on sales strategies and objectives. ● Ability to travel for client meetings, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events as needed.
