Enterprise Data Service Engineer
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Takeda Pharmaceuticals U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Data Service Engineer with the following duties: Manage and influence technical analysis, design, development, maintenance, and configuration of complex data systems; contribute to creating future state roadmaps for data architectures; design, troubleshoot, and integrate data analyzing systems; monitor and test devices and systems; utilize advanced data stores and analysis technologies; consult with data specialists and researchers; recommend data architectures and methodologies; guide project decisions; oversee data requests; apply SDLC and ITIL standards; ensure data documentation aligns with quality systems; demonstrate advanced tooling; stay updated on data technologies; represent the team in projects; act as an expert in computer science and engineering techniques.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5 years of experience. Experience must include: Mainframes, Cobol, DB2, MySQL, JCL, JavaScript, Java, J2EE, and related technologies; configuring network equipment; developing tools with XML, VB.Net, Python; defining user needs; working with cloud services like AWS and Azure; deploying 4G/5G RAN technologies; travel up to 20%.
