Generative AI Services
team is seeking
Senior Machine Learning Engineers
for our GenAI Services area. In this high-impact role, you will work with a talented team to build scalable, high-performance generative AI systems powering features across Adobe products like Firefly, Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Stock, and Premiere. You will design and develop inference pipelines, optimize models for latency and throughput, and build APIs that integrate both Adobe's and third-party generative models into Adobe's suite of products, serving individual and enterprise customers. You will also set technical direction and mentor other ML engineers. Job Responsibilities
Design and develop
core GenAI services and APIs that integrate generative models into Adobe's flagship products. Design and build
ML workflows for enterprise-scale model customization, serving, and ecosystem integration. Collaborate
with Adobe Research and other model development teams focusing on inference strategies and productization. Build and optimize
GPU-accelerated pipelines for model training and inference, emphasizing performance, scalability, and reliability. Foster a culture of innovation , technical excellence, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field, or equivalent experience. 7+ years in machine learning, including deployment at scale. 3+ years leading large-scale, GPU-intensive GenAI systems. Experience with frameworks like
PyTorch, CUDA, Triton, TensorRT, Nvidia Dynamo, Python . Understanding of generative architectures such as
diffusion models, transformers, GANs . Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred Skills
Experience with model serving, inference, orchestration, and GPU management in large environments. Hands-on expertise in
Kubernetes, distributed systems, MLOps . #FireflyGenAI Our compensation reflects labor costs across U.S. markets, with a pay range of $162,000 to $301,200 annually, varying by location and experience. Salaries for sales roles include commissions; non-sales roles include base salary and incentives. Some roles may also be eligible for equity awards. State-Specific Notices: California:
