Part of the Change & Compliance Management team with focus on the SAP, Oracle (HRMS/ERP), HFM, Kyriba, CPQ, Warehouse Maintenance Systems (WMS) and Business Intelligence (Cognos & ETL) activities. The role encompasses several responsibilities, including the following tasks related to Global ITGS Change Management and Compliance Management:
Change Management / Compliance Management
Oracle Application & Database 2+ years experience
SAP 2+ years experience
Serena ChangeMan (PVCS) version control - 2+ years experience Verify object version control related to change requests for significant or critical applications
Generate Tableau user access and change history reports for Compliance Manager to be used for audit purposes.
ManageEngine Service Desk Plus 1+ year experience - Verify testing and approval documentation is provided for all incident tickets prior to creating related change requests.
Knowledge of required documentation required for audit purposes (e.g. Build sheets, Patch Analysis Logs (PAL), etc.
Linux OS 2+ Years experience Generate Linux access reports and perform Linux system and privileged access reviews. Experience also required to have knowledge of Linux patching process.
Windows Server OS 2+ Years experience Work with Global Windows Server team to verify all steps and in place for upgrades, patching and generate user reports for review.
Assist Global Change Manager with technical support, change management, scheduling maintenance, related responsibilities with focus on managing tasks for Compliance Management processes during the Oracle SAP, and critical applications for upgrades operational activities, object migration, version control and validation of testing/approval.
Work on tasks & changes related to change management with additional focus on the Compliance management Interim and yearend audit activities.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years directly related experience with a focus on Change Management, Compliance Management and SOX audit controls and compliance in a global corporation. Compliance auditing, monitoring, and assessing IT systems. Ability to apply a risk-based approach to audit engagements. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and ability to communicate technical and non-technical with all levels of staff and management. Demonstrates an ability to work in a collaborative environment and influence others. Highly passionate, self-motivated and attention to detail required Experience with Windows Server OS, Linux OS (RHEL & Ubuntu), Oracle Database and Application, SAP application, Serena ChangeMan, ManageEngine Service Desk + (MESD+), and SharePoint. Experience with internal and external IT audit processes and requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
4-year university degree (equivalent work experience can be substituted for educational requirements) 3+ years directly related experience with a focus on Change Management, Compliance Management and SOX audit controls and compliance in a global corporation Analytical mind and expertise in IT systems, applications, and infrastructure. Outstanding problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a great understanding of IT compliance controls. Capable of maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information while working with a variety of applications, technologies, security problems and troubleshooting.
