Champion Clinical Excellence
Deliver excellent veterinary care with
75100% of your time dedicated to patients
Perform procedures, see clients, and develop a strong local following
Provide real-time case support and
surgical/dental mentorship
to fellow DVMs
Lead initiatives to
streamline operations and elevate client experiences
Build a Positive Veterinary Community
Promote a collaborative, inclusive hospital culture
Work alongside the
Regional Director
to align goals and execute strategy
Assist in recruiting outstanding DVM talent with the
Talent Relations Team
Guide new graduate veterinarians through professional development and mentorship
Drive Operational & Clinical Success
Improve hospital scheduling, efficiency, and patient flow
Assess and respond to staffing needs, resource gaps, and clinic metrics
Participate in
budget planning , performance reviews, and goal setting
Ensure Compliance & Quality
Conduct hospital quality inspections and audits
Monitor
DEA logs
and ensure all regulatory standards are met
What Youll Bring
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
Active veterinary license in the state(s) served
35 years of clinical experience
DEA license registration (if applicable)
Strong leadership presence:
empathetic, confident, and team-oriented
Willingness to travel locally to supported hospitals ( company-paid
travel)
Time Allocation & Travel
75100% of your time will be clinical , working alongside the team and caring for patients
Remaining time is for mentoring, compliance checks, hiring, and performance reviews
Travel between hospitals in the South Georgia region is required
Schedule & Compensation
4-day work week
Production-based pay (ProSal or Salary) your clinical work directly impacts earnings
