W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits, with a typical 45-hour work week for full-time roles. Paid training is provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship. Requirements
Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week Practice Overview
Work Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm, with part-time options available No call or weekend responsibilities Deliver wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities within a 40-60 mile radius Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily Use real-time clinical documentation with proprietary wound-specific EMR Paid training provided during onboarding and the 6-month fellowship W2 employment contract; no work visa sponsorship Benefits
