Oncology Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

Key Responsibilities:
Work at assigned hospital facilities. Conduct comprehensive assessments and work with physicians to create evidence-based care plans for oncology patients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and personalized care. Administer specialized treatments and interventions under physician supervision. Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and collaborative research projects. Serve as the practice leader in assigned areas communicating with hospitalists and other specialists to ensure continuity of care. Develop strong relationships with hospitalists and other specialists.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing. (Required) Current certification as an Oncology Nurse Practitioner (AOCNP) or ability to obtain with support from The Oncology Institute. (Preferred) State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. (Required) 2 years of clinical experience in oncology nursing. (Preferred)

The compensation listed reflects the base salary. Our Advanced Practice Providers are also eligible for semiannual performance incentive bonuses.
