Job Overview – IT Project & Operations Analyst:Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000/year + bonusLocation: New York, NYSchedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Atlantic Group is hiring an IT Project & Operations Analyst for our client in New York, NY (Hybrid). In this role, you’ll support enterprise-wide IT operations by managing cross-functional projects, coordinating budgeting and procurement, and maintaining documentation for audits and compliance. Work closely with business units and IT leadership to improve service delivery and drive process efficiency. Ideal candidates have experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and data governance tools, plus a strong foundation in IT operations and project coordination. Responsibilities as the IT Project & Operations Analyst:

Project Coordination & Support:

Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, acting as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders. Data Analysis & Governance:

Analyze IT operational data and support programs around data governance, retention, categorization, and documentation. Operations & Service Delivery:

Partner with IT leadership to streamline service delivery and implement department-wide process improvements. Documentation & Compliance:

Own IT documentation programs, updating policies and procedures while collaborating with audit teams to ensure compliance. IT Communications & Budgeting:

Draft internal IT communications and assist with procurement, invoice coding, contract management, and budget reporting. Qualifications for the IT Project & Operations Analyst:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required. Experience: 3+ years in IT operations, project coordination, or technical support, ideally within customer-facing or enterprise environments. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Windows OS, with experience in virtual meeting tools. Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with IT budgeting processes, A/V system support, and enterprise documentation practices. Skills & Attributes:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
