Job Title: WMS Application Analyst I Location: Onsite or Hybrid - U.S. Based (Some travel may be required) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) - Basic Coverage Salary Range: $65,000 - 74,000 annually + 5% annual bonus Sponsorship: Not available at this time Job Description We are seeking a motivated WMS Application Analyst I to support and enhance enterprise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with a focus on HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms. This role plays an important part in daily operations, ensuring warehouse systems run smoothly, user issues are resolved efficiently, and enhancements are implemented with quality and care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their WMS career who is ready to gain hands-on experience, work closely with business and operations teams, and develop technical capabilities in a fast-paced supply chain environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first line of application support for WMS-related issues across HighJump, Körber, and Infios platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported incidents and application errors. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for configuration updates and system enhancements. Assist in workflow customization, user access setup, and basic configuration tasks. Participate in testing new releases, enhancements, and patches, including script writing and validation. Maintain end-user documentation, standard operating procedures, and training resources. Support warehouse and logistics teams to ensure reliable system operations. Monitor system performance and perform proactive system health checks. Assist in project work related to upgrades, new features, and process improvements. Escalate more complex issues appropriately and adhere to change control procedures. Provide courteous, professional support to internal users and external partners. Participate in on-call rotations or after-hours support during critical windows (e.g., go-lives, peak seasons). Uphold confidentiality, sound judgment, and professionalism in all decisions. Engage in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars to build technical and operational expertise. Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and behaviors aligned with team values of integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 1-5 years of experience supporting or administering WMS platforms, ideally HighJump, Körber, or Infios. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Familiarity with WMS configuration and customization. Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment. Basic understanding of APIs, EDI, or system integration tools is preferred. Knowledge of SQL or experience with reporting tools is a plus. Ability to work independently, solve problems efficiently, and pay strong attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to support end users with a friendly, service-oriented approach. Ability to travel occasionally to warehouses or distribution centers as needed.
