Project Manager
to join our team in
Hubbard, OR . The Project Manager oversees high-voltage transmission, distribution, and substation construction and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include project development, organization, scheduling, budgeting, staffing, subcontractor management, safety, quality, and project implementation. If this interests you, we encourage your application! The salary range for this role is $110,000-$130,000, depending on experience. What You'll Do
Responsibilities: Schedule project tasks logically and budget time to meet deadlines. Assist in managing project costs within the forecasted budget. Coordinate with supervisory personnel, owners, subcontractors, and engineers to resolve issues. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to staff, workers, and clients. Plan, organize, and direct construction or maintenance activities. Implement corrective actions for delays, weather issues, or emergencies. Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring
Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience in construction. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to travel short-term. Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients, and agencies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. Experience in high-voltage powerline industry. What You'll Get
