We are looking for a Program Manager to support FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) Brazil. This role is based at an Amazon FC in Cajamar and will support the FBA team in managing operations. It is a people management role, leading a team of FBA Ops managers across Brazil, working closely with stakeholders from Operations, S&OP, Program, Sales, Transportation, Legal, and others to improve FBA operations, including Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory Management. The focus will be on process improvements, identifying opportunities, mapping processes, proposing optimizations, and managing daily operations. The PM will also build and review metrics and reports, acting as a bridge between FC operations and Business teams. Key job responsibilities
Manage the FBA Ops team, setting goals, metrics, projects, and priorities Act as the link between FC Operations and FBA Business teams Identify gaps, pain points, and opportunities in existing processes and propose improvements Dive deep into issues to distinguish isolated problems from structural ones Own metrics and reports, tracking key metrics and initiative impacts Develop creative solutions to address pain points and improve Seller Experience Calculate the impact and potential of ideas and pain points Support Product team prioritization, influencing roadmaps Propose programmatic solutions and create business cases for the Product team Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints About the team
FBA is a vital team in Amazon Brazil, managing operations for sellers sending inventory to our Fulfillment Centers—from collection to delivery and returns. The Fulfillment Operations team manages inventory once received, including inventory management, removals, customer returns, reimbursements, and operational processes. We are a data-driven team focused on metrics, process improvements, and impacting our sellers and customers. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of program or project management experience 5+ years of supply chain experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
