The Channel Marketing Specialist leads marketing initiatives specific to Ezaki Glico USAs retail channels to ensure that awareness of, trial and repeat of our products at shelf continue to grow.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree from four-year college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of Marketing experience in CPG brands, preferably in Food & Beverage and/or Snack Confectionary industry 3+ years of Channel Marketing or Shopper Marketing experience, especially with Walmart, Costco, Kroger Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns and deadlines Strong plus if solid knowledge of syndicated and panel data, including Circana (formerly IRI), Nielsen, Numerator Able to travel up to 3-4 times a year Responsibilities
Execute channel-specific marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and sales goals. Lead the creation of marketing campaigns tailored to specific retailers in collaboration with external agencies, in-house and freelance designers, and sales teams. Track and analyze together with Marketing Communications Manager the campaign performance data and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize return on investment (ROI) and shopper engagement. Create marketing materials and assets for channel communications, including brand deck, catalog, and sell sheets etc. Ensure brand guidelines are consistently followed in all channel marketing materials and promotional activities. Coordinatechannel specific in-store marketing events torepresent brand values and showcase product features Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product Development, Marketing, and Consumer Research to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with broader business goals and initiatives. Analyze together with Marketing Communications Manager the channel sales performance through internal and external data to identify brand growth opportunities. Conditions
