We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!
This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.
As Director of the Integrated Product Leads Team for the New Glenn second stage, you’ll lead a dedicated team of Integrated Product Leads responsible for managing the full scope of Engineering Systems and Integration (ESI). This work spans system design, development, testing, and recurring upper stage operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll help define strategic direction and align your team’s focus with Blue Origin’s ambitious goals.
In this highly impactful leadership role, you will drive people management, process improvement, and program execution to ensure our upper stage program objectives are met. You will actively collaborate with design, systems engineering, manufacturing, test, launch operations, and other partner teams to achieve program goals. You will foster a climate of trust, adaptability, and operational excellence while motivating your team to deliver results and overcome challenges.
You will be responsible for establishing and evolving standard processes and practices in project management, team development, and performance management. You’ll provide guidance and mentorship to your team enabling them to make sound decisions in a dynamic environment and support their growth through mentoring, constructive feedback, and clear paths for advancement.
