We are seeking a highly skilled SIP Developer with hands-on experience in building and managing complex SIP call flows within enterprise voice systems, particularly in contact center environments. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of SIP signaling and development, including working with Oracle Communications Converged Application Server (OCCAS), Session Managers, and Routing Managers. Java and WebLogic experience is also essential.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain SIP-based applications with a focus on high-availability contact center systems
Design and implement SIP call flows tailored to enterprise telephony and contact center use cases
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to configure and manage Session Managers, Routing Managers, and OCCAS
Work with cross-functional teams to design, troubleshoot, and enhance complex voice solutions
Develop and deploy Java-based applications within WebLogic environments
Document system architecture, workflows, and configurations for voice applications
Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and testing of SIP applications
Stay up to date on advancements in SIP and Oracle communication technologies

Strong SIP Development Experience Deep understanding of SIP signaling and call flow creation Hands-on experience with:

Familiarity with other SIP infrastructure tools and protocols Experience with Oracle SBCs (Session Border Controllers) Understanding of IMS/VoIP architectures Experience with telephony integrations and APIs (e.g., WebRTC, RESTful interfaces) Certifications:
