Collaborate with business and HR leaders to align EX strategies Implement national actions to increase employee satisfaction Lead projects linked to global and local strategies, focusing on organizational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and change management Drive strategic initiatives of the Talent and Organizational Development Department for the US Develop and execute effective communication strategies for HR Transformative Programs Partner with leaders to understand business needs and align HR and OD strategies Create reports to track program effectiveness and analyze data for improvements What we would like you to bring
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field 5+ years in HR Business Partner, Talent & Development, or Organizational Development roles Experience leading process implementation and change management in collaborative environments Experience supporting business in a global matrix environment HR experience in freight forwarding is a plus but not required Hybrid work schedule in Jersey City, NJ What's in it for you
