Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a travel operating room position requiring expertise in multiple surgical specialties and call participation.
Responsibilities Work in an operating room (OR) setting with adult and pediatric patient populationsPerform a wide range of procedures including general, orthopedic, OBGYN, podiatry, plastics, endoscopy, and traumaDay shift hours, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm with 8-hour shiftsCall required with one weekday per week minimum and weekend rotation; on-call shifts Monday-Friday 3:30pm-7:00am, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am-7:00am13-week travel contractPosition requires taking call in addition to regular shift responsibilitiesMust not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 yearsNo local travelers accepted due to 50-mile radius ruleRTO (requested time off) requests must be less than 1 weekMust provide a complete profile including all required documents for considerationMinimum of 1 year of recent experience in the OR specialty required unless otherwise notedAuto-offers extended—no interviews required
