Gensler's Healthcare Practice Area / Market Leaders possess deep knowledge and expertise in thought leadership and project delivery. They collaborate with clients and lead project teams to provide top-tier strategy and design services. Leverage expertise, industry engagement, and client relationships to secure new healthcare projects. Foster strategic project development. Manage client relationships, including project organization and successful initiation. Collaborate with other Gensler leaders to leverage firm capabilities and grow the Healthcare practice. Partner with regional leadership to develop practice standards addressing healthcare-specific needs. Develop client and practice strategies, market positioning, and leadership within healthcare design. Contribute to talent development and acquisition. Your Qualifications

Experience with various healthcare project types. 15+ years of architectural experience, including success as a Project/Design Manager or Architect on health and wellness projects. Proven experience working with OSHPD at local and state levels. Experience with HCAI / OSHPD I and III facilities; V is a plus. Background in designing/building medical centers, clinics, hospitals, outpatient centers, surgery centers, etc.; experience with life sciences and senior living is advantageous. Over 5 years in client development or managing a practice group or regional office with a successful track record. Ability to build relationships with clients to enhance firm positioning. Strong leadership and management skills, fostering collaborative relationships internally and externally. Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or Interior Design. Excellent presentation skills, articulate and persuasive. Self-motivated, passionate about healthcare, networker, and connector. Committed to sustainable and equitable design principles, with experience integrating them into projects. Preferred certifications: AIA, NCARB, NCIDQ, CID; additional credentials like ACHA, EDAC, LEED AP are a plus.
