What You'll Be Doing The

Physician

provides health care to patients in the Wake County Health and Human Services Clinics. This position will be located at our Northern Regional Center in Wake Forest. Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to: Screen, diagnose, and treat patients Document all care in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Provide preventive care, child health, family planning, prenatal care, STD testing and treatment, and acute illness management Provide support services to mental health teams as needed for continuity of client care Perform procedures as indicated Supervise Advanced Practice Practitioners following NC Medical and Nursing Board guidelines On-call duties: Provide backup call to the nurse triage line on a rotating basis with other providers. Physician does not provide in-person care after clinic hours. NOTE:
