Job Title: Production Coordinator Location: Nashua, NH Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00/hour (based on experience) Shift Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Summary: Adecco Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to hire a Production Coordinator for the 2nd shift. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and prior manufacturing experience. The Production Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining production schedules, coordinating material and labor resources, and ensuring smooth communication across departments to meet daily production goals. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage production schedules to ensure timely completion of work orders Coordinate material flow and inventory with purchasing, planning, and warehouse teams Track key production metrics and promptly report delays or disruptions to management Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to align on daily priorities Ensure production documentation, including job travelers, is accurate and updated Assist with labor planning and resource allocation to meet production targets Support quality control procedures and compliance with company standards Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements for operational flow Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a production or manufacturing coordination role Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with ERP or MRP systems preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred If you're a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for keeping operations on track, we encourage you to apply today with your updated resume!
